Since I was young, I liked to socialise. Some of my friends encouraged me to start using drugs. My family became suspicious of me about everything at all times; I suffered a lot and am discriminated against. I felt hurt and like I had left everything behind.
I got arrested because of this country’s law. My times in prison were harsh and I sacrificed my time. People from the general community think that I am a criminal. This makes my life bad.
Actually, we PWID are not criminals. We are chronic patients. I would like to demand to see us as not criminals but patients in the communities. Therefore, support us, don’t leave us behind.”
